(2) a photocopied ID card of the group’s new president.
(3) original clearing or credit documents of new president, which are provided by the Joint Credit Information Center (10F., No.2, Sec. 1, Chongqing S. Rd., Zhongzheng Dist., Taipei City or 02-2381-3939).
(4) 1 photos with 2 x 2 inches in size of new president.
(5) the original registration certificate.
(6) certificate fee NT$500.
