Required documents:

(1) an original application form (A foreigner must have a residence permit).

(2) a photocopied ID card of president.

(3) original clearing or credit documents of the president, which are provided by the Joint Credit Information Center (10F., No.2, Sec. 1, Chongqing S. Rd., Zhongzheng Dist., Taipei City or 02-2381-3939)

(5) a photocopied building ownership certificate or other certified documents (such as an agreement signed by the original homeowner).

(6) annual business and financial plans.

(7) 1 photos with 2 x 2 inches in size of the president.

(8) an original letter of commitment signed by the president.

(9) certificate fee NT$500.
