Required documents: (1) an original application form (A foreigner must have a residence permit); (2) a basic data form in duplicate (both original); (3) a photocopied ID card of the group’s chairman; (4) original clearing or credit documents of the chairman, which are provided by the Joint Credit Information Center (10F., No.2, Sec. 1, Chongqing S. Rd., Zhongzheng Dist., Taipei City or 02-2381-3939); (5) a photocopied building ownership certificate or other certified documents (such as an agreement signed by the original homeowner); (6) annual business and financial plans; (7) 2 photos with 2 x 2 inches in size of the chairman; (8) an original letter of commitment signed by the chairman; (9) certificate fee NT$500.
