Q: What is Culture Express?

A: Culture Express is a cultural publication founded and issued since 2000 by the Department of Cultural Affairs, Taipei City Government, offering information on cultural events in the current month as well as reviews and feature stories. Culture Express offers information on sub-culture events and free performances, music, exhibitions, movies, seminars, and parent-kid activities. To create a better platform for information release, Culture Express has revised or adjusted its format every year for the past decade. In addition to the Chinese monthly edition, there is the Culture Express Map, a multi-language brochure provided in Chinese, English, and Japanese, helping visitors from here and abroad to learn more about cultural events in Taipei City. 

1. Release Day: 25th of every month
2. Delivery Period: 25th to 28th every month
3. Circulation: 80,000 copies in traditional Chinese and 30,000 multi-languages copies (Chinese, English, and Japanese) monthly
4. Availability: Free at airports, Taipei MRT stations, government offices, hotels, exhibition halls, bookstores, Taipei Public Library and its branches.
