How can I become an artist-in-residence in Taipei City?
Since the Taipei City Government founded Taipei Artist Village in 2001, we have actively promoted our artist-in-residence exchange program. Many residencies are arranged through equal, mutually beneficial artist exchange agreements between Taipei and other cities. In addition, we also accept applications from individual artists from around the world. Selected artists receive free boarding at Taipei Artist Village, including a residential room and art studio. Paid residences are also available. Artists from any country are welcome to apply to become an artist-in-residence in Taipei.
