How do I apply to the Department of Cultural Affairs to install a poster? Where do I send the poster for approval? Why does it have to pass a review? Where will it be hung?
 
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
 
Please go to https://www.culture.gov.taipei/ to see the requirements and download an application form.
 
Type of Business → Metro Station cultural poster (Please read carefully and download an application form).

1. Registered Art Organizations (artistic and cultural groups, art-related legal entities, and cultural museums).
2. Government agencies that hold cultural and artistic activities or cooperate with civic organizations to hold such activities.
3. Companies that distribute films produced domestically.

WHERE DO I SEND THE POSTERS FOR APPROVAL?

The Government Review Mechanism will determine whether the applicant fulfills the above requirements, confirm that the activity will be held in Taipei City, and whether the poster meets the criteria cited on the website.
 
LOCATION AND NO. OF SPACES AVAILABLE
 
The following metro stations have spaces for posters: Longshan Temple (33 posters); Ximen (134); Zhongxiao Fuxing (40);  Zhongxiao Dunhua (59); Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall (37); and Taipei City Hall (40). These six metro stations have spaces for a total of 303 posters.
