Department of Cultural Affairs

The Taipei City Government Department of Cultural Affairs is constructing a diverse publishing environment to support Taiwan’s Indigenous illustrators. Integrating innovation and a fund-raising platform, the Department of Cultural Affairs will once again be collaborating with FLiPER to launch the 2021 Graphic Art Project.
 
Artists and writers of comics, illustrations, picture books, and other graphic art are encouraged to submit their proposals and ideas to the platform. The Project will fund the publication of 10 works, and an exhibition of the achievements will be held in December. The Project is expected to help more brilliant writers and illustrators fulfill their dreams while also boosting their popularity and eventually increasing their market success.
