Event Description:

The theme of this year’s art festival is FAKE IT REAL, focusing on “post-truth” life under digital globalization. Technological devices, big data AI algorithms, machine control, and the capitalist structure behind them have been woven into a dense network of information and power that makes it increasingly difficult in real life to distinguish between truth and falsehood. Perhaps the opposite of truth is not falsehood, but rather an alternative truth. 

Through this event, visitors will explore the “back-end” from the perspectives of network capitalism, information control through data and algorithms, and the dissemination and production of fake news.
