Now in its 23rd year, the Taipei Children’s Arts Festival (TCAF), a highly anticipated annual summer arts festival for parents and children in Taipei, will take place from July 2 to August 28. At this festival imagination reigns supreme, and the theme of this year’s TCAF is “Play by Your Rules”. The program includes 17 ticketed events and 52 free events that integrate art into play and daily life. Children of all ages will be inspired to imagine more, explore more, and create more as they enjoy performances and participate in a variety of exciting activities.
 
The TCAF offers a wide variety of activities for children of all ages, so that everyone can find their own arty friends at the festival. A feast for the senses: see with your eyes, hear with your ears, and feel with your heart. The TCAF is also a chance for caregivers to have fun and engage with children in a different capacity— the best art education and interactive moments can be had at the TCAF.
