Launch of Taipei City Arts and Cultural Performance Promotion Subsidy and Taipei Digital Stimulus Voucher 2.0 Citizens Invited to Support Taipei City’s Arts and Culture Industry

To help the arts and culture industry transition to the post-pandemic new normal, the Cultural Affairs Department rolled out two major stimulus programs, launched simultaneously on October 25. The 2022 Subsidy Program to Encourage the Public to Take Part in Ticketed Exhibitions and Performances at Arts and Cultural Venues is now open for applications until November 15. From November to December this year (2022), arts and cultural workers and arts groups holding tickets for exhibitions and performances at venues under jurisdiction of the Cultural Affairs Department can apply for subsidies if they submit proposals that incentivize and increase audience willingness to take part in such events. The lucky draw results for the Taipei Digital Stimulus Voucher 2.0 were also announced today. Winners can enjoy exciting arts and cultural programs at participating stores to join us in revitalizing the arts and culture industry and drive consumption in adjacent industries.
