Located on the second floor of the historic Xinfangchun Tea House (Sin Hong Choon) in Dadaocheng, Mi Bo Tea Shop (米波茶社) is a multifunctional space that combines exhibitions, tea tasting, and antiques sales. The name “Mi Bo” is derived from the name of the business operator “CMIE Design” and a Taiwanese Hokkien word represented by the Chinese character 波 (bō). It conveys the delightful bubbling sound when water is poured onto tea leaves. With such a lovely concept, who wouldn’t want to appreciate quality tea here for hours on end?

The interior of Mi Bo Tea Shop perfectly encapsulates the vintage style of this historic building, where patrons can enjoy the rich fragrance of tea and also appreciate the carefully selected art and antique objects. From the large cabinets to every teapot and teacup, these collectibles not only add artistic ambience to this little corner but also provide guests with space in which to exercise their imagination. Whether you are a lover of culture and arts or just appreciate quality tea, you can find your own sanctuary here.
