Applications are accepted from anyone aged 16 or above who has artistic talent, specialist skills, and a passion for performing in public.

Foreign nationals must possess a valid work permit for artistic and performing arts activities, or be employed in Taiwan under Subparagraphs 1 to 6, Paragraph 1, Article 46 of the Employment Service Act and be in possession of a valid non-arts work permit.
