What are permissible venues for public performances? Do I need approval for a deed of sale? How do I file the tax return?

1. Performance venues: Sidewalks, plazas, parks and other green spaces with a width of 8 meters or wider, which are approved by administrators may serve as venues for art and cultural events.

2. Issue of sale regulations: Exhibition and performance content should be "on-site creation or live performances." Displays that aren’t created on site are not allowed for sale on the occasion and should be labeled as “not-for-sale.” Charging methods may be decided by the street performer, varying from donations, tipping or a fixed-price model. However, the charging method should be clearly marked in advance on-site.

3. Tax return filing is currently not required.
