1. The lease term is 3 years. You may extend your lease if the administration does not plan to use the space.

2. You need to pay the utilities, maintenance fees, and other taxes (including housing tax and land value tax).

3. As some premises have been left idle for many years, you may put forward a simple repair plan and apply for renovation grants from Taipei City’s Department of Cultural Affairs.
