What is the application procedure for old tree transplantation? And what are the requisite documents?

According to "Taipei City Protected Trees Preservation, Transplantation, and Restoration Plan Review":
1. Tree protection plans should be submitted in case of on-site preservation.
2. Transplantation and restoration plans should be submitted in case of relocation.
3. Preservation and restoration plans should be submitted in case of partial on-site preservation and relocation.

Protected trees preservation, transplantation, and restoration plans are subject to consideration by the Taipei City Trees Protection Committee (TCTPC). The procedure is divided into two phases including a directors’ meeting, or project team elaboration, and a committee review. Application cases free from preservation, transplantation and restoration plans (review-free cases for short) and cases which qualify for simplified review should be submitted for consideration by a directors’ meeting, while general cases should be submitted to a project team for consideration. These cases should be further submitted to the committee for review in case the project team decides that further deliberation is necessary. Cases approved by the directors’ meeting and project teams should be submitted periodically to the TCTPC for future reference.
