1. Requisite documents:
a. Original application form of Taipei street performers license reissue (genuine signature or seal is required)
b. Two(2) individual / troupe members’ 2 inch photos* (one should be attached to the form)
c. Copy of contact person’s ID or a copy of originally issued license.

2. Application options: you can either proceed with the application in person; by commission; mailing; or through the Internet.

3. Administration fees: NT$500 for individual license reissue; NT$1,000 for group license reissue.
