The Affections: LIU Meng-Chieh & TCO concert will take place on May 9. Meng-chieh Liu made a remarkable debut on the international stage but at the peak of his career faced a health crisis. Now, through his unwavering willpower and deep belief in music, he has made a triumphant return to the global music scene. 

In this concert, Liu will premiere a piano concerto that Ming-hsiu Yen composed specially for him. Join us to witness how Liu captivates music lovers with his exquisite technique and profound musicality!

The Taiwanese opera My Mom Needs an Education, which made a splash in the music industry in 2019, will be staged again this May with the original grand ensemble and an exceptional cast. Written by Brady Yu and Ming-lun Wu, and directed by Chia-yin Cheng and Brady Yu, the production stars Hsueh-feng Lu, Fa-kai Tong, Grace Lin, Rios Li, Ming-yu Hsieh, Yu-jane Liu, Sheng-chun Yeh (Taiwan’s Legendary Street Vendor (寶島叫賣哥)), along with the renowned Puppet & Its Double Theater.
