Miracle x HOUSE

Historical site: An old house, located at No.24, Ln. 62, Sec. 3, Xinsheng N. Rd., Zhongshan Dist., Taipei City

An old house, located at No.24, Ln. 62, Sec. 3, Xinsheng N. Rd., Zhongshan Dist., Taipei City, has been transformed into cultural and creative uses. This is part of the “Old House Cultural Movement Plan,” which has been promoted by the Department of Cultural Affairs since 2012.

With a combination of Japanese and Western-style architecture elements, the historical site was the first building renovated by the private sector in Taiwan.

The Miracle x Art Space, a company used to design a wide selection of chic jewelry, has integrated the concept of styled jewelry into the renovation of this two-story building. After extensive renovations, the old house was restored to its former glory and named “Miracle x HOUSE.” Visitors can admire a wide variety of exquisite jewelry in the stylish space.

The management team from the Miracle x Art Space valued this old house as a precious gem. As they repaired and updated the old building, they tried to preserve its original appearance and historic details. Under the concept of “Opening the Door of an Old House and Discovering a Jewelry Box,” the house restoration has combined culture, creativity, and history.

After its top-to-bottom-renovation, the historical building with modern design exudes a rustic, cozy vibe. Next to the old building is a glass house where visitors can savor Italian exquisite cuisine.

Through the Old House Cultural Movement Plan, the management team has successfully turned the historical building into an urban, chic and creative retreat in Taipei.
